August and a day of sunshine at last!

Noah took his first few steps at 10 months and is walking nicely at the moment - determined to get wherever he wants to. A real busy body, never stops moving and screams with joy when he sees water! His 2 words are: Da-da and Ba-ba. He absolutely loves music too and dances to any beat that he hears. He knows when he is doing something wrong but is at the stage where he is testing us and laughs at us when we reprimand him which makes it difficult for us to not burst out laughing ourselves! He will be 11 months in a weeks time.

The Michelob London Triathlon

Marie took part in the supa sprint on Sat - her first triathlon. The distances were a 400m swim, 10km cycle and 2.5km run.
